Nina is leading the technical development of digital products in Vodafone and has been part of this exciting technology journey over the last 15 years in various leadership roles. She has a strong background of customer contact technologies, from the early days of self-service solutions to the latest innovations of AI based customer channels. She believes that we need to shape our digital future and she is driven by the key question how latest innovative technology practically help Vodafone customers and every individual in their daily lives in the most smart, secure and simple way.

In 2002, with Vodafone Live! we set a new standard for mobile communications with internet access on the move. Fuelled by the desire for sustainable innovation, we recently introduced Vodafone Money Transfer which allows customers in emerging markets to send and receive money safely and easily using their mobile phone. We’ve also caused a stir in the industry with the Vodafone 150 – our most affordable ultra low cost handset yet.
