Conversational Banking in Action: what's working, what's not and where are we headed?
I'm a passionate product owner working in the Financial Services Industry. I launched the first authenticated AI chatbot from a large Canadian Bank - TD Clari (for TD Bank). Since launching Clari, I've also become a key member of a broader team that monitors and guides the conversational AI ecosystem and journey across the bank.
My mission is to help proliferate conversational AI across the bank, as well as the Canadian economy, to empower end users and customers with innovative experiences and insights.
