Heather Shoemaker is the CEO of Language I/O, where she revolutionizes customer support with her innovative technology, enabling monolingual teams to excel in multilingual interactions across email, chat, and self-help channels. Formerly recognized for globalizing code for Fortune 500 companies, she also played a pivotal role as the senior director of Product Management and Globalization at eCollege, overseeing the development of a groundbreaking online education platform. Heather holds a Master’s of Science from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Washington. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings a global perspective to her work.
