One of the main challenges in the chatbot industry is that many companies are working on chatbot projects which stay in POC status forever. These challenges are that enterprises don't know how to establish efficient processes for chatbot operations while also not having the right tools to her hands to optimize and train the bot. Also, human and machines are not working hand in hand to ensure a positive conversational experience. Last but not least, companies are struggling to identify the right chatbot technologies without experiencing a lock-in and to integrate external systems. In this session we will talk about learnings and solutions on how we faced and solved those challenges by presenting real use cases from companies like Bosch that made it to production.
