Voice Ready Multi Turn Conversation Design Workshop
Join Webby-Award winning conversational designer Jason Fredric Gilbert as he shares his best practices and workflow for designing voice experiences for Fortune 500 enterprises and the world's leading entertainment studios and brands.
The workshop will touch on all phases of voice design – from ideation and character profile through development of multi-turn conversational topics, and post-deployment optimization (i.e. feedback loop). At the end of the workshop we'll have a functioning voice bot that you can show off to friends and family!
This is a hands-on workshop! You will be actively working on a voice experience with an added bonus – a link to chat with the voice bot at the end!
