Principal Conversational AI Designer

Nicolle Merrill works at the intersection of business, AI, and design. At Intuit Nicolle works across product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build Intuit Assist, a new generative AI (GenAI)-powered assistant that will provide personalized, intelligent recommendations to help consumer and small business customers make smart financial decisions. Over the past year, Nicolle has built generative AI products, led efforts to upskill design teams for generative AI, and taught prompt engineering across Intuit.

Julie Wall, PhD.

Professor of AI & Advanced Computing

Julie Wall is a Professor of AI and Advanced Computing at the University of West London. She is a member of the British Standards Institution (BSI) and serves as an expert in the field of AI. Her research focuses on designing intelligent systems to process and model temporal data, with a particular emphasis on speech and language applications

His four-year tenure at Santander included building the Global Cognitive Conversational Solutions Programme, becoming the first cloud artificial intelligence project in the group. Previously, Juan Martin created a startup in Amsterdam, focused in implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
