• The 1st time Florian came in touch with a chatbot was in August 2016. He was passionated about the potential of the technology for the insurance industry.

    He was able to launch the 1st chatbot project of Helvetia and in March 2017 it became the 1st Insurance of Europe contracts via sms chatbot.

    Florian and his team are developing their 1st claim chatbot that they will bring to the market within one month. As far as he knows, Helvetia will be the 1st Insurance that provides its existing customer a chatbot to manage the whole claim handling process via chatbot.
