• Thomas has been working in Telecommunication Industries for more than 20 years. Currently, he is active as Project manager and Senior Expert in a couple of innovative communication projects. His major activities are focussed on conception, development and realisation of innovative and intuitive communication services. In this context he is actually driving the development of new AI based chatbot- and helpdesk – solutions for Deutsche Telekom customer services.
