The Chief Technology Scout and solo responsible for Chatbots in TÃœV Rheinland.I operate and maintain the infrastructure, develop chatbots, train other departments, test new versions and features and try to improve our capabilities by attaching more and more systems to our chatbots.
TÃœV Rheinland is a 140+ years old TIC company from Germany with 20k+ employees in 60+ countries. We provide more than 3k different services to our customers and have countless interface to the customer like our 9m annual PTI inspections. We have no central channel for information to and from our customers so I want to automate as much as possible with chatbots and give the customer a brand new TÃœV service experience. I'm member of the central IT but I work together with every business stream in order to create great solutions
