Joined IBM Japan in 2003, and after being in charge of system development for government offices as a system engineer, he has been a leader in various projects. In 19 years, he became a government delivery leader, and in 20 years he became a director of the government industry of IBM Japan Global Business Services. He has been in his current position since July 2008. He is also the mother of two daughters, a nursery school child and an elementary school student.
