The birth of the Global TOBi Platform was driven by the need to meet the requirements of a community comprising over 100 bot designers across Europe and Africa. After five years, the platform now manages 40 million conversations every month across 15 different countries.
In today's keynote, Daniele Casulli will guide us through the challenges and the evolution of the Global TOBi Platform, starting from its early days, progressing through expansions across various channels (including 3rd-party messaging apps and voice), and culminating in the integration of Generative AI.

Principal Solution Architect, Vodafone Group
Daniele is a Principal Solution Architect at Vodafone with over 10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise platforms. Over the past 4 years, his primary focus has been on conversational AI.
Currently, he leads the development and evolution of Vodafone's conversational AI platform (TOBi) which includes chat and voice channels as well as integrations with contact center solutions and 3rd party AI services.
He believes that Generative AI will open doors to a future where technology empowers people to achieve more than what they thought possible.
