She has a strong background of customer contact technologies, from the early days of self-service solutions to the latest innovations of AI based customer channels. She believes that we need to shape our digital future and she is driven by the key question how latest innovative technology practically help Vodafone customers and every individual in their daily lives in the most smart, secure and simple way.
