Kauz started in 2016 as the premier provider of linguistics-based chatbots in Germany. After being a pilot partner of GPT-3 it switched to a hybrid model, combining LLMs with its own NLU-Engine to power Chatbots and ai-Assistants for companies of all sizes. Today Kauz' ai-Assistants are used by more than 180 companies and institutions, among them many savings and cooperative banks.
