Scaling Globally: Empowering Hybrid and LLM-Based Chatbots with Multilingual Capabilities
With the hype around chatbots being greater than ever, companies are putting significant resources into building effective, generative AI-powered chatbots. But the process of building just one functional chatbot often turns out to require more work than expected, leading many brands to abandon altogether the effort of recreating bots in foreign languages.
In this session, Heather Shoemaker, CEO and Founder of Language I/O, and Niclas Winblad, Head of Product Management at Sky, will discuss the nuances and solutions for adapting large language models (LLMs) to create language-specific chatbots that can accurately translate domain-specific content.
