Michelle Mullenax is the Product & UX Lead, Innovation Team, Head of Conversational AI at American Red Cross, where she leads conversational artificial intelligence. Her practice as launched multiple successful chatbots and voice experiences that further the mission of the American Red Cross. Michelle believes in the transformative power of AI and its ability to positively impact the world. Prior to the Innovation Team, Michelle led multiple teams at the PwC-Google Alliance, which developed products that specialized in AI/ML for large enterprises. Michelle earned her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and BA from the University of Colorado Denver.
