TÜV Rheinland is a 140+ years old TIC company from Germany with 20k+ employees in 60+ countries. We provide more than 3k different services to our customers and have countless interface to the customer like our 9m annual PTI inspections. We have no central channel for information to and from our customers so I want to automate as much as possible with chatbots and give the customer a brand new TÜV service experience. I'm member of the central IT but I work together with every business stream in order to create great solutions
