Yes. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or another person. • Please notify our team in advance at info@chatbotsummit.com ()with the new attendee’s full name, job title, company, and email address. • Once the transfer is confirmed, the new attendee will receive updated registration details and their pass. • Ticket transfers are free of charge up until one week before the event. After that date, additional fees may apply.

Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at any time before the event, as long as the desired ticket type is still available. Simply contact us at info@chatbotsummit.com ()and we’ll guide you through the upgrade process.

Refunds are available under the following conditions: 75% refund for requests made more than 60 days before the event, 50% refund for requests made 30–60 days before the event, and no refunds within 30 days of the event. A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting info@chatbotsummit.com ()up to one week before the event.
