I’m Caroline, Product Owner of OUI.sncf, company part of the SNCF group (the french railways). We provide a conversationnal experience to our customer on our website, Messenger, Google, WhatsApp, Business Chat and Alexa. Our customer can book a train ticket directly with our bot.
OUI.sncf is the largest French e-commerce website, with more than 14 million unique visitors per month and 4,7 billion euros in sales in 2018. OUI.sncf have been investing on smart agents since 2016, allowing customers to buy their tickets without filling out a form, but just by having a natural conversation with OUIbot. We are there whenever new features and new products are launched (Facebook Messenger, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Djingo by Orange, etc.).
