Born in 1969, Mr. Masao Aman is responsible for infrastructure design and introduction (NW, CRM, IVR, etc.) at call centers of foreign-affiliated IT companies.
Taking advantage of his abundant system experience, he changed to customer service and operations management. After working at Dell, Asurion, and Rakuten Mobile, he became the Operations Director of LivePerson Japan in 2020. While enrolled at Rakuten Mobile, he shifted more than 40% of all inquiries to messaging channels in just three months, and has experience in promoting DX at call centers.
