Paul has recently joined Vodafone to lead operational transformation from Deloitte, where he supported the development of the Digital First Strategy at Vodafone for the last 3 years. Paul has worked in the Telecoms industry for over 20 years in a range of operational and finance leadership roles. Paul is pioneer of Customer Experience Transformation and is looking forward to seeing how we can use TOBi to deliver an outstanding customer experience
