After studying innovation process in the developement of new technologies, Alexandre entered the Innovation Department of the Gfi Group to work on the subjects around how the machines could understand the natural language. From research to a nindustrialized product, Alexandre has developped a real expertise and knowledge on the chatbot/voicebot world.
