I am an expert in Human-AI Interaction with extensive research experience through my work at the Center for Design Research at Stanford University, NASA AMES and currently leading advanced HMI R&D at Renault-Nissan Alliance Lab in Silicon Valley.
Since 2018, I have been moving the needle forward in designing a Voice First HMI for our future cars, by putting the User at the center of our R&D efforts, through the application of Design Research methods. This involves building experiences that elicit naturalistic 'human' interactions, resulting in data which is instrumental in balancing UX design, AI engineering and value generation decisions.
