Jean-Pierre Sleiman
Head of Product - Ops Platforms & AI Enablement, N26

Jean-Pierre Sleiman is Head of Product at N26. For the last ten years he has been supporting financial institutions and FinTechs in their digital and AI transformation, from strategy definition to implementation, as a consultant and within the industry.
At N26, Jean-Pierre oversees teams in charge of building Operations Platform and enabling AI across the company. He has been leading sevral innovative initiatives to enhance customer experience, foster efficiency, ensure compliance and develop business, including conversational AI or hyperautomation.
Jean-Pierre holds master’s degrees in industrial engineering and innovation management from École des Ponts ParisTech, École Polytechnique and HEC Paris. He has published several papers on innovation management, management of data science teams and AI ethics.
