Head of Customer and Employee Journey, AXA Partners
Sofia is acting as Head of Customer and Employee journey at AXA Partners. She is responsible for designing and leading an innovative global transformation roadmap to accelerate digitalization and new emerging technologies across the 20 countries where AXA Partners CLP markets its products.
In addition to her corporate career, she is enthusiastic entrepreneur who among other things co-founded Sweden's biggest female insurance industry network. Sofia holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Business Development from the Royal Institute of Technology.
