Abstract

This workshop introduces participants to the world of AI agents, bridging strategy with practical application. We begin by exploring what AI agents are, how they function, and why they are becoming essential for modern businesses. Through real-world case studies, attendees will analyze how companies leverage AI agents to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. The session then shifts to hands-on learning: participants will build a simple AI agent and gain foundational skills in using n8n, a powerful workflow automation tool. By combining strategic insights with technical practice, this workshop equips business leaders, innovators, and practitioners with both the understanding and practical experience to start applying AI agents in their own organizations.
