On the Verge of Seismic Change? How AI Reshapes Human Interactions with Brands

Artificial Intelligence will undoubtedly augment human experiences in powerful ways. The pace of change is already unleashing a multitude of emotions as normal people struggle to figure out what artificial intelligence will mean for their family, their jobs, and their daily interactions.

McCann Worldgroup has interviewed 19,000 people about their attitudes towards these changes and in today’s keynote, Laura Simpson will share the expectations, fears and hopes of real people around the world. She will explore where and when people are comfortable to interact with machines vs. humans and what benefits and barriers they foresee in these interactions. Laura will also offer examples of how brands are negotiating the new world of human and non-human interactions and the seismic change she sees on the horizon.
